Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad

- 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 1 whole egg
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup corn flake crumbs
- 3 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
- 0.5 whole carrot, julienned
- 2 whole green onions, chopped
- 0.3 cup chow mein noodles
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 0.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp sesame oil

Prepare dressing by whisking together honey, rice wine vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sesame oil. Refrigerate.

Beat egg with milk in one bowl. Combine flour with salt and pepper in another bowl. Put corn flake crumbs in a third bowl.

Coat chicken strips in flour, then egg-milk mixture, then corn flake crumbs.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Drain and cool slightly.

Toss romaine, red cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrot, green onions, and sliced almonds together.

Top salad with fried chicken strips and chow mein noodles. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
