  • 0.8 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.3 tsp cinnamon and sugar
  • 1 cup sliced apples
  • 1 0.8 cup flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 0.3 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup milk

    Mix shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients added to milk. Place apples, cinnamon, and sugar on top. Bake 25-30 minutes and 375 degrees.
