Apple Custard Pie

  • 1 crust Pie dough
  • 5 medium Apples
  • 0.3 cup Sugar
  • 0.3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.3 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 0.3 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Line pie pan with dough.

    Combine apples with sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

    Arrange apples in pie shell.

    Whisk eggs with cream, milk, and vanilla.

    Pour custard over apples.

    Bake 50-60 minutes until custard is set.
