Andouille Chicken Jambalaya

Louisiana jambalaya with andouille and chicken.

  • 1 lb Andouille sausage
  • 2 lb Chicken breasts
  • 2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped bell pepper
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Long-grain rice
  • 4 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning

Instructions

    Heat oil and brown sausage and chicken.

    Add vegetables and saute 5 minutes.

    Stir in rice and toast 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add stock and seasoning.

  5. 5

    Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20-25 minutes.

    Fluff and serve.
