Amaretto Cookies

- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup almonds, ground and toasted
- 0.5 tsp lemon rind, grated
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 0.5 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 2 cup whole wheat pastry flour

Cream together butter and molasses.

Add eggs, ground almonds, lemon rind, and almond extract; mix well.

Stir in Amaretto alternately with flour until dough is formed.
