All-Day-Long Crockpot Beef
A classic slow cooker beef roast with carrots, celery, onion, and bell pepper in tomato juice and beef seasonings — perfect for a set-and-forget family dinner.

- 1 0.5 lb beef roast, cut into serving pieces
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 package onion soup mix
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 0.5 cup water
- 0.5 cup tomato juice

Cut beef roast into serving-sized portions. Brown in a little oil (optional).

Slice onion into rings and layer on bottom of crockpot. Place browned meat on top.

Add carrots, celery, and bell pepper around the meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over everything.

Cover and cook on LOW 8–10 hours until beef is tender.
