Crockpot Spinach

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 10 oz.
  • 2 cup cream style cottage cheese
  • 0.3 cup butter
  • 1 0.5 cup American or Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt

    Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze as much water as possible. Cube cream

    cheese, butter and cheese. Add to drained spinach. Slightly beaten eggs. Add

    flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses. Grease crockpot. 1 hour at

    high; 4-5 hours on low.
