Crock Pot Soup

  • 1 lg. onion, diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Instructions

    Chuck roast about 2-3 1/2 lb., cut

    into small chunks

    5 med. potatoes, diced

    5 carrots, diced

  5. 5

    4-5 sticks celery, chopped

  6. 6

    1 sm. can corn

  7. 7

    1 sm. can green beans

  8. 8

    Salt and pepper

    Put this all into the crock pot and turn on high until the mixture starts to

    boil. Turn on low and cook all day. Serve with hot corn bread.
