Crock Pot Potato Soup

- 5 0.5 potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lg. carrot, sliced
- 1 lg. stalk celery, sliced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 5 cup water
- 1 tbsp salt, less if desired
- Pepper
- 0.3 cup butter
- 1 can evaporated milk, 13 oz.
Instructions

Put all ingredients in except evaporated milk in crock pot. During last hour

add milk. Use skim milk evaporated milk and Mazola oil for low fat diet.
