Peanut Clusters In Crock Pot

  • 2 bags chocolate chips, 12 oz.
  • 1 box white chocolate, almond bark
  • 3 lb salted peanuts
  • 1 capful almond extract
  • 1/3 slice of paraffin

Instructions

    Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

    Add the white almond bark.

  3. 3

    Add peanuts in an even layer.

  4. 4

    Turn on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour and do not stir.

  5. 5

    Turn down to low.

  6. 6

    Stir every 15 minutes until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

    Remove the insert out of the base onto pot holders.

  8. 8

    Line 3 baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.

  9. 9

    Scoop the mixture onto cookie sheets on the lined baking sheets.

    Flatten the mixture into a flat cookie shape.

    Add sprinkles if desired.

  12. 12

    Place the sheet pans of clusters in the fridge to set up.
