Crock Pot Hearty Beef Stew

- 2 lb stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 2 can whole tomatoes, 14 1/2 oz.
- 4 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
