  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.3 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 0.3 cup water
  • 0.5 env. chili seasoning
  • 2 tbsp onion soup mix
  • 1 yellow hominy, drained, 16 oz.
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
