A quick and hearty beer cheese soup made with chicken broth, Cheez Whiz, and stale beer — topped with bacon bits and green onions.

  • 14 oz canned chicken broth
  • 15 oz Cheez Whiz
  • 12 oz stale beer
  • 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp real bacon bits (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for topping)

Instructions

    Heat chicken broth in a medium saucepan over medium heat until boiling.

    Reduce heat to low. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until completely melted and smooth.

    Pour in the stale beer and reheat until hot — do not boil.
