3 each Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
3 each Fuji apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
1 cup unfiltered apple juice
2 tbsp cognac or brandy
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 each ) In a sealable microwave-safe container, combine apples with all other ingredients.
2 each ) Close lid, leaving one corner of lid open to allow steam to escape.
3 each ) Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
4 each ) Using a hand blender or potato masher, blend to desired consistency.
